Tindall Enterprises, Inc. was founded in 1995 on honesty, ethics and morals to meet the growing operations and maintenance needs of its water and wastewater customers. TEI became a corporation on January 1, 1997. It is a rapidly growing family owned and operated entity, which opened a new laboratory and corporate office in Blackshear, Georgia, in September 2009.

The company first delivered a variety of laboratory services to municipalities and industries. Soon after, the company began providing contract Management and Operations and Maintenance services, taking on full responsibility for managing water and wastewater systems, and laboratory management.
